Orders placed less than two weeks in advance are subject to inventory limitations on color selection.

How long will the balloons last?

we use high quality, professional grade balloons. When these are kept is a safe, cool, controlled environment they are guaranteed to last one week. That said, they sometimes last up to six weeks...or more!

I bought a kit on Amazon. Will you assemble it for me?

No, I provide all of the balloons as part of my service.

Do you supply helium

No, we do not currently supply helium due to the shortage of this nonrenewable resource. But we suggest our freestanding Jumbo Balloon Tower or Number Stacks as fantastic, longer lasting, and sustainable alternatives!

Do you rent out your props or structures individually?

No, we provide the structures as part of the balloon order

Do you deliver?

Yes! Delivery within five miles of our workshop in Sacramento is always available. For deliveries outside of our area, a minimum order or $250 applies.

Do you do balloon releases?

No, releasing balloons is dangerous to wildlife and harmful to the environment. We strongly advocate against this practice. A beautiful alternative to honor a loved one's memory is flying a kite or blowing bubbles.
